As the weather cools down, I tend to get in a crafty mood. I have been going crazy at our house adding fall decor. I saw an example of a faux pumpkin vase on Glitter Guide last week and I knew I had to make one. I love white pumpkins. I bought a real white pumpkin on our front porch and it looks so chic. For this project I bought a white craft pumpkin at Target but you can make your own with chalk paint or white spray paint that is a primer and paint in one. I highly recommend using a faux pumpkin so you don’t have to clean out the inside of a real pumpkin. This is a fun and easy DIY and a great way to add some more festive decor to your house or apartment!
- Begin by using a knife to saw the top off of your pumpkin.
- Place your vase/jar or bowl inside the hollowed pumpkin.
