Valentine’s Day is less then a month away and whether you have a hot date or a night out with the girls, I have the perfect outfit for you to wear! Even when I was single (#singleawarenessday) I have always loved Valentine’s Day. While it can come off as a Hallmark holiday that doesn’t mean you can’t dress the part right? All of the pink, red and hearts make me so giddy. You obviously don’t have to wear pink or red for your outfit but why not rock them for the day of love? When I started looking for the perfect outfit I was on the hunt to find affordable yet cute pieces that I could use for more then just Valentine’s Day. Enter thredUP.
thredUP is a huge online retailer that not only sells but also buys high-end second hand fashion for women and children. If you are someone like me who is ALL about a good deal, you should definitely check out thredUP first when you are shopping for an occasion. They carry some of my favorite retailers such as Kate Spade, Anthropologie, J. Crew, Zara and Lululemon up to 90% off the retail price!. thredUP makes it super simple to shop their site because you can filter your selection to choose your size, brand, color, price and style. This worked out perfectly when I was looking for Valentine’s looks because I could shop by color and there are SO many amazing pieces that you can get for such a steal! Some of the items I found and fell in love with are brand new with the retail tag on or in like new condition. thredUP triple inspects all of their clothing they receive so you know you will be receiving some killer outfits in excellent condition. I found four outfits that are perfect for any kind of Valentine’s Day look.
I was blown away how quick everything shipped to me and how adorable the packaging and presentation was for my items!
Valentine’s day falls on a Tuesday this year so this pink blazer is the great way to dress the part even while at work. It would also be super cute paired with a dress. This blazer is from Zara and normally retailed at $100 and I got it for only $25 on thredUP!
If you are looking for a more casual Valentines look, this heart print blouse caught my eye because duh hearts! This blouse is from the Gap and retailed at $60 and I scored it for only $19 on thredUp. I just couldn’t pass up the festive heart print.
This red lace dress is a great date night dress! I paired it with this sassy gold glitter purse and it is the perfect statement piece to add to this simple lace dress. The dress retailed at $158 and I got it for $34 and the purse retailed at $55 and I got it for $25. Both pieces are from J. Crew and I couldn’t believe the deal I got on this outfit.

This dress was love at first sight when I saw it. I mean how cute is the bow front? Not to mention that it has pockets and that is an even bigger win in my book! This dress not only is cute for a date night but also so fun for a girl’s night out. It is by Kate Spade and I could typically never afford the $398 retail price tag on this dress. With thredUP I got this dress for only $82! I am completely smitten with it.
For all four outfits including the gold purse I saved $586.05! That just blows my mind. I could have never afforded all of these items normally but shopping with thredUP lets me afford these high end brands.
