TGIF! I’m so excited the weekend is here (aren’t we all?) and can’t wait for a relaxing weekend ahead. We have a dinner group that we are apart of with some friends where we rotate houses each month and we are hosting tonight. Fingers crossed it doesn’t rain so we can use the pool tonight also. I don’t have a lot on the agenda for the weekend and I am just fine with that. What do y’all have planned for the weekend? Now let’s get to this weeks Friday Favorites!
A peplum style top has become one of my go-to styles to wear and this striped peplum is pure perfection. The slight ruffle on the waist and the mix of the blue and white stripes made me immediately add this top to my cart. While the Nordstrom Anniversary sale makes a lot of people start thinking about fall pieces to add to their wardrobe, I still can’t stop buying summer pieces. I mean it doesn’t cool down here in Texas till AT LEAST October so I might as well keep dressing for hot temperatures. These raffia sandals have a great braided raffia texture and the ties with the tassels add a little fun. They would be so cute paired with dresses and denim and are a great alternative to your typical nude heel. Would you believe me if I told you that this darling pearl and stud crossbody is under $50? It looks like an expensive designer bag with the pretty pearl and stud details and is a great size to carry for a night out. A chambray dress is a must have item in every women’s wardrobe because they are so versatile. This ruffled chambray dress is only $30 and could be worn to work with heels or out and about with converse or sandals. I love that there is a tie waist belt that gives the dress some shape. If you are looking for a neutral bracelet to add to your arm party, this tortoise link bracelet is an amazing addition. The tortoise color goes with just about everything and the chain link adds some volume to your stack.
