Thank you prAna for sponsoring this post.
I have always lived a pretty active lifestyle ever since I was little. I danced from the age of three all the way through college and after I stopped dancing I started actively working out. I am constantly trying to up my fitness routine and always love trying new workouts. Currently, I have been doing a spin class once a week, walking and doing HIIT style workouts. Once it starts cooling down here in Houston I also like to take my workout outside. I love to incorporate body weight exercises using park benches or steps to give myself a full body workout. I also use my polar watch to stay accountable for getting steps in. Since I sit most of the day at work, it’s nice to wear my watch to remind to get up and move through out the day.
One thing I believe in when it comes to working out is looking cute and dressing the part always makes you feel better while getting your sweat on. I recently came across prAna sustainable clothing line and love how versatile their pieces are. Their clothing is not only functional but also stylish and comfy. After watching this video about becoming a more conscious consumer I really love their mission to provide sustainable, recycled, fair trade certified and hemp items. While prAna is made to not only make you look good, you can feel good about wearing something that is made in order to support fair trade and sustainable practices. prAna actually has only one core belief, and that is to give back more than we take from the world and this is one of the major reasons I wanted to partner with them. Plus, can we talk about how cute the back of this tank top is? I am also majorly obsessed with these moto leggings because they are extremely soft and I know I can wear them to the gym or paired with a tunic and booties.
I also have the best news for you! Champagneista readers can receive 15% of their purchase of prAna items using code F17CGKM! This code is good through October 17th so make sure to stock up on your prAna goodies now!
