A few weeks ago I share a picture of these low carb peanut butter muffins on my Instagram stories and I received quite a few requests for the recipe. While I am a carb loving girl myself (gimme all the biscuits and bread), I tend to eat pretty low carb during the week to keep myself healthy. I came across this recipe on Instagram and just knew I just had to try it out.
With a blog name of Champagneista, this girl clearly loves all kinds of bubbly. While I think it is always appropriate for a glass of Prosecco, one of my favorite times of the year is to drink it is on a hot summer day. I can’t think of many things better then floating around the pool with a cold glass of Prosecco or even having a glass while grilling out in the backyard. I recently discovered VOVETI Prosecco and love its delicate yet fresh taste. Crafted from 100% Prosecco, VOVETI Prosecco features flavors of pear, green apple, melon and ripe peach. While VOVETI has a fruity flavor it is a dry brut Prosecco with tempered acidity and a fresh, graceful profile, which makes it not super sweet easy to drink.
It’s that time of year where there are constant parties and potlucks galore. I like to try to bring stand out dishes to my friends homes and this cranberry pecan cheeseball is complete winner. I made it for a friendsgiving I attended and everyone liked it so much that I had to recreate it for my actual family Thanksgiving.
